"Kai is a go-to cafe in Pagadian. They have bigger dining space than most cafes in the city, ample madiskarteng parking space and a good selection of food offerings. My favorites are basque cheesecake, shrimp aglio olio, ensaymada, charlie chan with iced or hot americano. If you love coffee, you'll definitely like it here. You can also buy roasted coffee beans for home or office use."

"I always make it a point to stop by Kai Coffee – Pagadian Boulevard Branch whenever I’m in Pagadian City. It’s actually my favorite among their branches because the place is huge, spacious, and comfortable—great if you’re looking for somewhere to work, study, or just hang out for a while. The coffee quality has remained fairly consistent, which is always a good sign. You know what you’re getting each time, and it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. That said, the food quality seems to have declined over time. I used to enjoy the chicken bites here, but on my recent visits they’ve become noticeably smaller and oilier, which feels a bit disappointing especially considering the price point. Hoping this is something they can revisit because the food used to complement the drinks really well. The staff are okay—not particularly warm, but they get the job done. Waiting time can sometimes reach around 10 minutes, especially when the café gets busy. One thing to keep in mind: because the space is big and popular, it can get quite noisy when groups come in, which might be a downside if you’re looking for a very quiet work environment. But this rarely happens anyway! During calmer hours it’s a great place for studying or working. Overall, it’s still a reliable café stop in Pagadian, and with a bit of improvement on food consistency and maybe a little more attention to customer experience, this branch could easily be even better."

"I had a white chocolate frappe and a spicy tuna mayo onigiri. I was also able to try their cheesecake. The white chocolate frappe had a strong coffee flavor. This is a nice stop when you visit Pagadian. For the coffee lovers this is a great place to visit to satisfy your coffee cravings. The place is great to lounge."
